By inviting Emperor Bot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must remove the bot from your server and cease use immediately.

Emperor Bot is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides a variety of features including but not limited to:

• Moderation tools (warn, ban, kick, timeout, tempban, softban)
• Music playback from YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud
• Leveling and XP tracking system
• Custom commands and auto-responders
• Auto-moderation (anti-spam, anti-link, blacklist)
• Ticket and suggestion systems
• Reaction roles and dropdown menus
• Giveaway management
• Join-to-create voice channels
• Application/forms system
• Birthday tracking and reminders
• Auto-reactions and sticky messages
• Server analytics and logging

As a user of Emperor Bot, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the bot's functionality
• Not use the bot to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute modified versions of the bot
• Not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the bot in a way that violates these terms

Server administrators who add Emperor Bot to their server agree to:

• Ensure their server members are aware of the bot's presence and capabilities
• Configure moderation features responsibly and transparently
• Not hold the bot developers liable for misuse of moderation tools
• Remove the bot if they no longer agree to these terms

Emperor Bot and all associated code, branding, and assets are the intellectual property of the bot developer. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the bot in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the bot or its components without explicit permission.

Emperor Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The bot developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Misuse of moderation tools by server administrators
• Content accessed through music playback features
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We strive to maintain high availability for Emperor Bot, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The bot may be temporarily unavailable for:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Discord API outages or rate limiting
• Hosting infrastructure issues
• Emergency security patches

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the bot's services at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Emperor Bot for any server or user that violates these terms. Violations include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to compromise the bot or its infrastructure
• Using the bot for spam or malicious purposes
• Distributing content that violates Discord's Terms of Service
• Repeated abuse of bot features or commands

Server administrators may terminate use of Emperor Bot at any time by removing the bot from their server.

Emperor Bot integrates with third-party services including YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, and MongoDB. Your use of these services through the bot is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Emperor Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the bot developer's jurisdiction.
